Design Process
- Schedule initial meeting to discuss client's goals for the space.
- Analyze property: determine distances, sun angles, drainage patterns, soil conditions, etc.
- Draw a master plan, including specifications and cost estimates.
- Present plan to client and, if necessary, make changes.
- Sign contract & collect deposit (usually 1/2 of total cost).
- Begin installation by work crew.
- Finish installation, clean up site, and make final check.
- Collect final payment upon completion of job.
